I heard this over some late night radio show a long long time ago burning the midnight oil for the most dreaded part of a students life,Class 12th Board Exams! The background is besides the point but nevertheless here is the abridged version of what i remember!!!
Long long ago when God created the first human beings on Earth, the Master Craftsmen was elated with his work.The creation was 'Immaculate' on all counts.The first beings on Earth were perfect,they could think,had a Conscience and could provide for themselves and the ones that would follow and above all live in harmony with Nature. None of the creations could do all this and this brought immence satisfaction for the Great Sculptor who finally decided to recline to quiescence after the ordeal that was The Creation Of Life on Earth had come to an end.
The superior being had been created.
Thus the world was born, and in all its innocense of a toddler, began to flourish. One man and woman to hundreds and thousands of men and women. So perfect was the creation that even if sin and malice did touch the immortal beings and overcame them, God would forgive the sins and remove the burden on their consience from His 'perfect' creations. This went on for Centuries until the burden God had collected over this time had became so humongous that He could no longer handle it for millions and millions of people.
So this is what He did.
He called all his 'immaculate' creations and as planned earlier in His deliberations with His ministry He distributed the 'burden' amongst all beings, each one to carry his/her burden according to his/her sins and misgivings around his/her back till the final abode to the heavens was made!
Thus from time immemorial all of us can see what sins and burden our fellow beings are carrying and is easy to point out, but in the process we fail to realise what we ourselves
are carrying. Until it becomes so heavy and so unbearable and it becomes impossible to move ahead in life.
So dear reader all it takes is an apology, a confession or an expression of your feelings to get rid of the burden! And before you point a finger at someone just because you can see his/her burden on his/her back, beware.....
you are carrying one too! Dont wait for someone to point it out to you.
That my friend is the truth about life....!
